Currently there is no disease pattern epidemiology study at Puter Primary Health Care, thus this study aims to review the pattern of disease on 2015 and 2016 and suggests prevention methods for particular diseases. Data was taken from diseases monthly report in Puter Primary Health Care from January 2015 to December 2016. Data then classified based on International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD X), and grouped according to highest cause mortality disease in Indonesia, communicable disease and noncommunicable disease. From analysis, there is no significant difference in diseases pattern between 2015 and 2016 but there was a rise in prevalence. There was no significant difference between Puter Primary Health Care compared to Bandung Primary Health care data in 2015 so it can be concluded that Puter Primary Health care disease pattern represents Bandung's disease pattern. As an effort to lower the disease prevalence it was recommended to distribute brochure containing disease's symptoms and signs, risk factors, and prevention measures. Three highest prevalence in each group were made their information into brochures which are acute respiratory infection, acute nasopharyngitis, diarrhea, hypertension and diabetes mellitus. text |

used in management drugs supply and to plan the activity to decrease the occurence of disease.
Currently there is no disease pattern epidemiology study at Puter Primary Health Care, thus this
study aims to review the pattern of disease on 2015 and 2016 and suggests prevention methods
for particular diseases. Data was taken from diseases monthly report in Puter Primary Health Care

There was no significant difference between Puter Primary Health Care compared to Bandung
