Awareness about the importance of risk management at the company where the observer is work still in development process. Therefore, it needs the effort and follow up continuously to build up and uplift awareness to all of functional unit in every department. It’s caused by there is no design of risk management comprehensively and insufficient of tools parameter to define the value in current condition regarding the risk in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical company. It can be big question from all of functional unit how to solve that problem. The research of Enterprise Risk Management is expected can give knowledge about risk management comprehensively with develop Risk Management Index (RMI) parameter and identify all of strategic risk which give big influence for customer and company business interest. As the beginning of this research, observer created Business Process Mapping (BPM) which’s continued with the creation of Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Management Index calculation, and choosing for appropriate strategic risk which align with the issue risk from management. Based on the result of this research, observer got Business Process Mapping in every step of the process and value from Risk Management Index through the design of Enterprise Risk Management is 93%. Design of Enterprise Risk Management are identified 20 strategic risks from 7 categories including Material Single Source, Supply Utility Problem, Product Supply Problem, Compliance, Industrial Relationship, Safety, and Down System with 1180 type of risks from 3180 risks.
