Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) is an air pollutant sized between 10-100 ?m. High concentrations of TSP can cause impaired visibility and worsen respiration disease. This research aims to know the TSP concentration and TSP emissions source contribution in residental ambient air around Cilegon industrial area, conducted on three points which are Sub District Tegal Buntu, Sub District Cigading and Subdistrict Kubangsari. Black carbon analysis performed using EEL 43M smoke stain reflectometer while the trace metal analysis performed using energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence. The results of TSP average concentration for Sub District Tegal Buntu, Cigading and Kubangsari are 161.37 ?g/m3, 149,45 ?g/m3and 191,48 ?g/m3. The TSP source contribution analysis using CMB 8.2 in Sub District Tegal Buntu deliver contribution of soil dust, smelting, coal combustion, iron steel industry, and transportation as much as 28,3%, 19,3%, 16,04%, 15%, and 14,8%. Sub District Cigading has contribution of soil dust, smelting, iron steel industry, coal combustion, transportation as much as 29,9%, 19%, 15,6%, 15,1%, and 13,2%.
