| Summary: | Jakarta as the center of economic development and business in Indonesia has a very
rapid economic growth. This is evidenced by many foreign companies that invest in Indonesia
so it appears the demand for their rental office as the center of activities of the company.
The purpose of this project is to design a rental office that is able to facilitate the
activities of the business office in TB Simatupang with the concept of green building as an
appela to office tenants. Fictitious project has a land area of 12.254 sqm and a total building
area 42.878,5 sqm. The building consists of two masses. The main mass that uses for rental
office has 19 storeys and 4 storeys as a function of supporting the second mass.
The concept of green at the rental office in TB Simatupang storey is focused on
aspects such as energy savings, water conservation and proper land use. Thus, the building is
expected to create a friendly work environment for its users and the surrounding
environment. |
