The availability of water is not just about the quantity of water that has not increased, but the water quality is also declining. This condition is contrary as the increasing need for clean water continues to increase as the world population grows. In the middle of this water crisis, ITERA campus has one source of water in the form of a spring well that continues to flow water even in the dry season. To ensure the sustainability and the presence of spring water wells, it is necessary to put in effort to the conservation of water resources. Efforts to conserve the water resources that is conducted is not merely to maintain the condition of the spring well, but also by processing the domestic wastewater that will be one of the sources of water. The design focuses on the blue open space network; especially the artificial lake, as the conservation of water resources which will be integrated with the existence of the ITERA campus landscape. Campus landscape is a multifunctional area, which is used as an area of academic, recreation and socialization of the users of the campus. Open space network consists of a pool of springs, streams, artificial lakes, bioretention ponds and artificial wetlands system (constructed wetland). Campus landscape as an open space can be a container for water reservoir in the rainy season, which will be utilized as a source of water in the dry season. The field survey was conducted to better understand the site conditions and landscape features that exist in the area of the design. Literature studies were also conducted to determine the data that were not obtained through field visits. The data were then analyzed to prepare the design concepts. The process of analysis, conceptualization and design development is done repeatedly. Results obtained in the form of a draft site plan, spring garden areas detail, rector cluster and library area detail, museum and hall of fame, and schematic plan of the treatment of wastewater text
