This final project using case of ITB Innovation Park that owned by Institut Teknologi Bandung. Project’s site area is 10.000 m2 and located in Summarecon Bandung Technopolis, Gedebage, Bandung. This building consists of office functions that can be lease for startups tenants, coworking space as a work area with the use of shared facilities, laboratories that can support the product development process, meeting rooms, and support functions such as a food court area. Total building area is 56.000 m2. The building consists of three basement floors to accomodate vehicle parking of the building, 4- storey podium for public functions such as food court and coworking space, and the 20-storey tower for rental office functions. ITB Innovation Park is building with commercial functions, so the main issue to be resolved is the efficiency of space that can be leased. Efficiency in energy use also become an important issue to be resolved, so green building design approach was chosen to minimize the impact to the environment. There are other issues in the design of work areas, especially in the coworking space area there are should be designed with the aim to create an conducive ambience to work so can increase the innovation ecosystem in this building.
