With the growth of the world of fashion in Indonesia, the existence of fashion design schools are also affected. The existence of fashion design schools in Indonesia certainly has a great influence on the world of fashion in this country in a certain way. Indonesia has a cultural diversity that also contributes as a role for the growth of fashion in the country, it appear from the number of activities such as fashion shows National and International level in the country, as the appreciation of the development of fashion. With the educational facilities that have an international standard, those fashion practician can modes creativity in a professional manner. This Fashion School adopts the curriculum from International Fashion School abroad (which has proven results, and concerning in Indonesia there is no specific curriculum of the school of fashion) was observed patterns of placement space from design, to a futuristic look. The location in the east of Bandung will become a good distribution in the fashion industry or fashion community center. This project area located at the center of an ancient lake of Bandung which have positive and negative impacts that must finished by design refers to the applicable regulations and standards. Being in tropical country made the design of this Fashion school refers to modern tropical building also have a collaboration between masculinity from the masterplan’s design and feminimity as a symbol of fashion and mode.
