Summary: | The usage of LED bulbs is steadily increasing each year. This increase causes the
transition from the use of conventional light bulbs to LED bulbs. This research is
done in response to the low number of research in Indonesia regarding the
acceptance of LED light bulb. This specific research is conducted in order to
discover the influence of physical parameters from CRI, CCT, and iluminance
from LED samples towards the subjective perception of Indonesian citizens,
which are colorfulness, brightness, impression, and comfort. The respondents
results of the perception, preference, and performance test questionnaire used in
this research is statistically processed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA)
method. According to the statistical analysis, there are some perception evaluation
results which are affected by a few physical parameters of CCT, iluminance, and
CRI. From the test results, it is found that CRI influences brightness (F=7.52;
p=0.00), colorfulness (F=3.02; p=0.01), and visual comfort (F=2.93; p=0.00).
CCT influences brightness (F=59.87; p=0.00), colorfulness (F=32.10; p=0.00),
visual comfort (F=27.09; p= 0,00), and impression (F=142.9; p=0.00). Iluminance
influences colorfulness (F=5.94; p=0.00), brightness (F=63.2; p=0.00), and visual
comfort (F=4.07; p=0.00). Lastly, on the performance test, the results of HSB test
is influenced by CRI (F=18.71; p=0.00), CCT (F=11.04; p=0.00), and iluminance
(F=11.72; p=0.00). Results of acuity test is influenced by CCT (F=3.22; p=0.04).
The preferred CRI value is 88.1, and the preferred CCT value is 6500K, while the
preferred iluminance value is 350lux. |
