CIBE (Center Of Infrastructure and Built Environment) is one of four new buildings that are being built by ITB. This final assignment is about planning the construction method of related project. Structure construction method planning has an important role in designing construction projects. The construction method will be a reference for determining the duration and total cost of the project which is described separately, so it takes good planning. Before planning, studying the literature have to be done to understand the basic concepts and theories of construction planning. Planning begins with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to know the details of the work, followed by calculating the volume of work, and then devise the method of construction in accordance with the drawings and specifications of the project. Moreover, visibility in determining the schedule and cost estimation is also a reference in deciding the methods, tools, materials and labors for this project.
