In a construction project, there are a series of activities which related to each other and have a specific execution sequence hence the project objectives can be achieved. The project which reviewed in this regard is the building project of the Center for Research and Community Service ITB (CRCS-ITB) where is located in Bandung, with restrictions of preparation work and the sub structure. In achieving these objectives there are some of limitations such as restrictions of employment, time, and cost. To get around this, the necessary construction management which controls the start of the project planning phase of construction methods, scheduling, and cost estimates. Management of construction planning is different from that applied by the contractor. These discrepancies will affect the final result as the total duration of the project and the project estimated cost. Construction management plan is devoted to preparation work, earthwork and the sub structure, for more detail about the upper structure described separately. Construction planning comprising the step of determining the method of construction, scheduling stage, and estimated costs. Construction method for the foundation is planned as bored pile, with a total duration of CRCS Building structural work-ITB for 375 days and total cost estimated worth Rp31.341.956.830,00.
