Until now, acetylcholinesterase inhibitor ?±¸ð®ð?±? ?± ??ð???±ã ?¸±¸ ??í±? ???íð®í ® ?ð?íðð??í± ???ã?±???» !??í±ð?±???¸ð?± ?±? However, the use of Alzheimer medicines can cause some effects for health. Therefore, the search for new acetylcholinesterase inhibitor is great interest. Ellman method was used to determine the inhibition activity of acetylcholinesterase from many plants. The performance of analysis method was validated. The parameters were linearity, limit of detection, limit of quantification, precision, and accuracy. This analysis method later was used for determining the inhibitory activity of acetylcholinesterase from ethanol, etyl-acetate, and n-hexane extracts of Piper betle L., Piper aduncum L., Piper nigrum L., Piper retrofractum Vahl. and Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav. The results showed the values of coefficient correlation of linearity, limit of detection, limit of quantification, recovery percent of accuracy, coefficient variation of intraday and interday precision were 0.98; 1.26 ?ã????????ã???89.86-108.51%; 7.82-9.92% and 8.81-10.16% respectively. The IC50 from eserine ? ??????ã???í± ð?íðð???? ®?ð?ðty of acetylcholinesterase from leave extracts which were used in this study were ranged between 15.19% to 63.81? ? ®??®±??? ?ð???» ?????ã??????? ?±¸ ?? those data above, the method met the requirement of validation. The ethanol extract of Piper nigrum leaves showed the strongest activity amongst all samples. text |
