evaluate the quality of outpatient pharmacy services at one of private hospital in Bandung based
on The Decision of Minister of Health 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 about minimum standard of
hospital healthcare services. This descriptive observational study is conducted by cross sectional
®??®???±???? ?¸ ?±?????±®?ð?±??????? ? ?» ? ð?ð?ã ?ð?± ?» ??±?®?ð??ð???±??ð®±??? ?ð±????
satisfaction, and drug administration errors was analyzed statistically and compared to standard.
The results show the average waiting time of non-compounded prescription service is 18 minutes
26 seconds ± 9 minutes 12 seconds and the recipes which exceed 30 minutes is 12,5%. The
average waiting time of compounded prescription service is 29 minutes 4 seconds ± 10 minutes
31 seconds and the recipes which exceed 60 minutes is 2,01%. Out of 381 recipes, there is drug
administration errors (no harm incident) wrong medicine 0%, wrong dose 1,05%, wrong patient
0%, and wrong quantity of medicine 0,26%. Out of 100 respondents show 21% very satisfy, 64%
satisfy, and 15% fairly satisfy of pharmacy services. The conclusion of this study is waiting time of
prescription services and ? ?ð±????? ?ð?» ®?ð???±±?the standard but absence of drug
administration errors is not.
