Several technological innovations have been made to support progress of a Nation, for example in fisheries. One of the technological innovations in aquaculture proposed and produced in this study, is an android-based application called FISHiLITY which expected to facilitate and be used as a basis in development of aquaculture in Indonesia. This application is made using Android Studio from android developer with JAVA as programming language. Features in this application include information about grouper, information about grouper hatchery, water quality information, and water quality checker for grouper hatchery. Furthermore, case study of monthly seawater quality checking on floating net cages in 2010 of BBPBL Lampung will be done. Result from the water quality checking in BBPBL Lampung indicates that the water of floating net cages in BBPBL Lampung is in the optimum category for grouper. text
