Summary:<b>Abstrak</b><p align=\"justify\">We outline the mathematical formulation of Morse Theory. From the quantum field theory side, we show that a Supersymmetry Theory can be build using exterior algebra by interpreting odd-form as fermionic and even-form as bosonic. The homology can be built then, by using the exterior derivative operator that connects the bosonic and the fermionic state. This supersymmetric formulation can be generalized by a similarity transformation, introducing a Morse function (Witten\'s generalization). We get the Morse\'s inequalities in this generalization.
