The analysis of data from several characterization that sample was carried out to explain new phenomena in high Tc superconductors. The resistance measurement was obtained T<sub>c on</sub> = 112K and T<sub>c0 </sub>= 102,8K. The analysis of data of resistivity explained excess conductivity phenomena and mean field transition temperature T<sub>GL</sub> = 108,9K has been obtained in terms Aslamazov-Larkin theory for temperature above the mean field transition temperature. And within context of Kosterlitz-Thoules theory at temperature below the mean field transition temperature was found broadening characteristic T<sub>C</sub> = 0,058 and T<sub>KT </sub>= 102,5K. The analysis crossover dimensional was found Josephson Coupling energy J = 37,17K - 44,60K and effective interlayer distance, d about 26,38A. Then, in this study was investigated anisotropy <br /> parameter of resistivity ? ? 20,4 although rough estimation only. In the last step this paper was performed existence Thermally Activated Flux Flow (TAFF) phenomena which was obtained by I-V characteristic measurement. text |
