Summary:The tourism industry is one of the priority programs that Indonesia’s government has focused on. The interest in the tourism world has gradually increased, many governments have established measurements about upgrading their tourism industry sectors to quantify the benefits from the tourism sector. One of the business ecosystems includes in the tourism industry is the hotel industry. Grand Tjokro Premiere Bandung is one of the properties managed by SAS Hospitality. In the hyper-competition in this industry, SAS Hospitality must be able to provide and develop great leader & manager, because the level of leadership capability is the one of factor determine successful organization. Corporate Human Resource (HR) Department has built a web-based platform to manage employee called Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Digital revolution rising the use of digitalization, SAS Hospitality adjusts the ability of HRMS to process the on-line assessment calibrate with the performance management system. Talent mapping using the nine-box Mckinsey model with 2 main axis components; potential & performance. Artificial intelligence (AI) in HRMS will help collaborate the strength-based organization approach, discipline of execution, performance management system, and the result from online assessment. The algorithm that process complex process of HR in the HRMS expected to provide the accurate leader capability assessment and succession plan. It also will support a leader to execute the key performance indicator (KPI), HRMS will provide early warning system (EWS) as the business analytic capability to monitor the KPI cascading from corporate to department level at. Supporting SAS Hospitality to achieve the goals and implementing changes using the Mckinsey 7S framework and Kotter 8-steps model.
