In running the activities often faces many problems both internal and external, so it requires to have an effectiveness organization and the system of good management it order to be able to overcome the problems and the project finished in time with reliable quality of work.<p align="justify"> <br /> Teamwork can be as a good weapon in an effort to increase the productivity and effectiveness of organization. With establishing or developing in teamwork it expects to get communication, cooperation also to get working units solidly in organization and afterwards the working units will become more productive and effective. <br /> The leader of company with a purpose to finish a project based on certain condition founds the project team at PT. Light Instrumenindo Jakarta.<p align="justify"> All members of organization and the leader are as a part of human resources of company which formally build a teamwork, consist of members with specific characteristic. The characteristics of team members will make a group characteristic that will make the affectivity of organization through team internal affectivity, namely a related process with the situation of working in a tern. With the working situation that matches with the hope of team members will increase the capability in reaching the goal of organization.<p align="justify"> <br /> In related with the reaching level of organization's goal, in the process of project implementation there are hindrances and discrepancies that reduce a lot of the capability of a company to get the destiny that has been stilled in work planning, e.g. there is lateness in finishing the project since repeating works or renovations from a part of works that has not yet fulfilled the settled specification and realization of expenses always over whelm the budget. The root of the problems is coming from lacking in cooperation and coordination among team members in catching the goal. For this reason, it needs to do the measurement, examination and analysis to the work situation of project team members especially design, quantity surveyor, and supervisor team at PT. Light Instrumenindo Jakarta.<p align="justify"> <br /> The result of research, data examination and analysis indicate the Unclear Goals (V-1), Low Synergy (V-3), Poor Chairmanship (V-5), and Poor Information Sharing (V-7) those could be the blockage factors the tree teams. Meanwhile the Low Influence (V-4), Inadequate Decision Making Skills (V-8), Low Creativity (V-9), and Low input Processing Capacity (V-10) only blockage factors quantity surveyor and supervisor team. text
