<b>Abstract:<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Facing the 21\" century, the free trade agreement will be effective by the year 2003, especially for ASEAN region and also for Asia Pacific in the year 2020. Jakarta now as one of the leading business centre in the region, projected in the future will be more influenced by globalization. Many kind of businesses will appear and also the increasing growth from the present business institutions. The Government and Businessmen have to settled preparation needed from now.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> This research is conducted to study the economic (businesses) data profile in Jakarta, also to make projections and analysed the opportunities from the profile for the coming years. The profile is concerning in statistical composition of business lines, sites, and also the level of employment, This profile is made by creating an interaction concept (model) between input variables with output variables of this research. The model which has been simulated with computer is result pf synthesis process from macroeconomic model from J. Keynes and L. Hatten.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The project model in this research have been verified and validated statistically. At the level of stability at 99,9%, this model could give the projection result which needed. Some of the busines with prospect and opportunity near the future are Ornamental plantation, iron & steel industry, Chemical industry, Hotel, Apartment, electronic are also have a good prospect and opportunity in the future. Air transport services, Insurance, Multifinance, Law services and Entertainment will keep growth. New businesses with prospect in the future are Net services, Export/Import, Education, Advertising, Agency and Computer. But some others business projected with declined growth trend, they are services allied to agriculture, property contractors, trading, road and also sea transportation, and supplier.
