Pagarsih area is an area that consist of commercial zones and high density residential zones. Based on the Regional Regulation (RDTR) 2015-2035 of Bandung City, this area is located in Sub-city Area (SWK) Tegalega which has several environmental quality issues. The regulatory purpose of SWK Tegalega is to improve the ecological function of the area and improve environmental facilities and infrastructure that will have an impact on the Pagarsih area. The area currently does not have research and design related to the regulatory purpose of SWK Tegalega, so this thesis was made to first examine the problems and potential of the area to find design delineations, then proceed by designing within the delineation boundaries so that the area has a good ecological function and regional infrastructure to support the regulatory purpose of SWK Tegalega. The method used in this design is a synoptic method with some adjustments in its stages. The first step is to identify the plans and existing conditions of the area. The second step is to formulate normative principles based on the existing condition of the area. The third stage is to identify regional problems at a macro level to get design delineation. The fourth stage is to identify problems and potential areas in the design delineation to create a facility program. The fifth stage is designing delineation with the ideal concept. The results of macro analysis in the Pagarsih area are that there are five regional issues, namely Flooding, Density, Access, Cleanliness/ orderliness, and Function/ facilities. These five issues lead to one part of the area designated as a design delineation. Problem and potential analysis is then performed on the design delineation. The analysis shows that the main problems in the area are Flooding and Density. The design vision of this area is Pagarsih eco-district: Revitalizing Neighborhood Vibrancy with a mission that refers to the keywords Vibrant, Permeable, Based on Community (Inclusive), Authenticity, and Resilience. The design of the area is based on the vision and mission, issues, potential, and design principles that have been made before.
