INFLUENCE OF KNOWLEDGE SHARING ON INNOVATION AT XYZ CORPORATE

This research is motivated by PT. XYZ who has received various awards in the field of innovation from year to year. However, with the receipt of awards from year to year, that does not mean PT. XYZ stopped to innovate, but must be able to survive in regional and global competition. PT. XYZ corporate as a strategic vehicle to strengthen individual and organizational learning abilities that are central to the development of HR strategies. One step of its development is by developing knowledge sharing activities, in which there is knowledge collecting and knowledge donating as a form of interaction between employees within the company. Data collection is done by the method of distributing questionnaires online through Google Form to all employees who are in the PT. XYZ totaling 203 employees at the time of the study. Of the questionnaires distributed, 175 questionnaires were returned and 172 valid questionnaires were obtained, and tested through partial least square estimation (PLS). The results show that the knowledge donating variable has a greater influence value than the knowledge collecting variable. This means that to increase employee innovation, the company focuses more on developing aspects of knowledge collecting.
