Description
Summary:Extreme outdoor sports such as mountaineering, rafting, and rock climbing gain their popularity lately in Indonesia. Their communities are also growing rapidly in school, university, office, and region. Along with the growing of rock climbing communities, a new style of rock climbing business is appearing. gym climbing is a place where the climber can enjoy rock climbing without going outside the city to find a cliff, mountain, and wall to climb. Even with no experience and equipment, everyone can enjoy rocks climbing in a gym climbing. Although still a new style of business in Indonesia, it has a lot of potential as the success of Indonesian rock climbing athletes in ASIAN games 2018. PT. Bremgra is one of the leading players in the Indoor climbing gym at Jabodetabek. Based on the interview with PT. Bremgra’s director, there is no systematical performance management system. The only performance measurement used is financial revenue target. Since starting its operations in 2016, Pt. Bremgra’s revenue has never met the target. The absence of a systematic performance management system creates difficulty in managing and measuring company performance to reach its target. The performance management system proposed in this research is using the Balanced Scorecard framework. The framework translates the vision, mission, and company strategies using Balance Scorecard Design into four perspectives. The four perspectives are financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. The company strategy its self is built using SWOT and TOWS Analysis. Based on Balanced Scorecard design, a strategy map is built to setting up strategic objectives and developing KPI, Targets, and strategic initiatives as performance measurement. There are three levels of KPI proposed in this research, KPI on the corporate level, Managerial level and staff level. There are 12 KPI on the corporate level, 16 KPI on the managerial level, and 38 KPI on the staff level.
