Summary:The world is now experiencing Industry 4.0 and Indonesia is preparing to join the revolution. The Industry Ministry of Indonesia has established “Making Indonesia 4.0” roadmap to implement the industrial revolution strategy in Indonesia. The ministry wants to fasten the implementation and aims to become the top ten largest global economies by 2030. In order to implement the industrial revolution successfully, human capital, managerial approaches and organizational culture play an important role. As the organization adopt Industry 4.0, new roles will be emerged and this changes will require new capabilities. Besides human capital aspect, organization culture is also important. The biggest challenge in implementing Industry 4.0 is not the right technology, but it is lack of digital culture and skills. In implementing Industry 4.0, organization also need to change their culture. Therefore this research analyzed readiness in human capital aspect which has four factors (knowledge, hard skills, soft skills, attitude) and organizational culture aspect which has two factors (beliefs and values). This research is conducted in Kantor Wilayah BRI Bandung as one of company running in financial sector. There are employees that still have not met company’s expectation and target and also there are employees that still have not fully adapt to the digital transformation. The method used in this research is a quantitative research and used questionnaire as the tool. The questionnaire data that has been gathered will be observed using Geomean Formula in Excel and HDI formula. The result of this research showed that Kantor Wilayah BRI Bandung is not fully ready in Hard Skill and Soft Skill construct because they are in Not Ready level and knowledge construct is in Preliminary level. However, Attitude and Beliefs construct are in Receptive level. Values construct is Optimal level. So the company is already good in Attitude, Beliefs and Values Construct. Therefore, the researcher recommends Kantor Wilayah BRI Bandung to conduct training or programs which could increase employee’s knowledge, hard skills and soft skills regarding Industry 4.0. The company should plan program or activities such as training and seminars.
