Description
Summary:Bandung Intra Urban Toll Road is a project that will be executed in Kota Bandung to overcome congestion. Transportation policies often does not consider environmental impacts. An environmental impact analysis was carried out through an AMDAL, but the AMDAL of BIUTR was carried out in 2006, therefore update is needed taking into account the latest environmental conditions. Therefore, this study has updated data on several environmental impacts based on AMDAL, so that the latest estimates are obtained. Recent environmental impacts indicate that air pollution, noise, and flood potential have changed from previous estimates in the AMDAL. The environmental impact in the project can be included in the feasibility study as one of the considerations that is equivalent to other components through the valuation of environmental impacts. The environmental impact evaluation in this study was carried out through the benefit transfer method using the VTPI standard. The validation of the use of the VTPI standard is done through the analysis of the r-pearson association between the VTPI standard and the GDRP, the percentage of poor people, the number of poor people, and average monthly expenditure of the people. The valid VTPI standard is used as a WTP in the following analysis because it has a significant correlation with the GDRP and the percentage of poor people. The VTPI standard is converted into rupiah and multiplied by the estimated number of motor vehicles and mileage so that a total environmental impact cost of Rp21,288,060,417 is obtained. The biggest cost composition of environmental impact is the cost of landuse change and local air pollution.
