To adapt with the growth of technology, PT Telkom Indonesia through Amoeba Management implements corporate venturing that manages employees who form a startup called Amoeba. Amoeba Management incubates a lot of startups, but only 28 startups survive from 100 startups incubated, Venture V is one of the startup that survived and already in market validation stage. Startup is rich with opportunity, innovation, and potential. But at the same time, it is also fraught with high-stakes risks. Venture V as one of the internal startup that had been successful in generating a revenue stream by penetrating the chatbot platform segment. In running a business, management cannot be separated from risk and Venture V never carried out a risk assessment in their business. In this crucial time, Venture V needs development to improve performance and anticipate risks that can disrupt the stability of the company's business with implementation of risk management following ISO 31000 which contains risk management principles and guidelines. The concept used is the risk management guidelines issued by ISO 31000 which contains the scope, definition, principles, framework, and process of risk management. Input in this research to conduct risk identification comes from interview and brainstorming, external analysis, internal analysis, and SWOT analysis. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) used to make risk analysis with Expert Choice software to analysis respondent perspective weights, after obtaining the results of risk evaluation then make risk mapping to get a level of risk. Furthermore, the last step is to make a risk mitigation and implementation plan to reduce the risk. Based on the results of the risk analysis, there are 23 risk factors from 5 different types of risks, namely Business, Financial, Legal/Regulatory, Operational and Reputational risks. While in detail; there is no risk factor categorized in critical risk level, there are 8 risk factors categorized in high risk level, there are 12 risk factors categorized in medium risk level, and there is 3 risk factor categorized in low risk level. Implementation plan and schedule was formulated for high risk level. The action plan consists of strategy in how to address risk, what action to be taken, and who is responsible for action to reduce likelihood and impact of these risks. text
