It continues with analizing the opportunities and threats to your vision presented by stake holders, anticipate changes in the economy, and technology that suggest possible new direction for the future of the organization, and finaly formulate altenative visions and choose the one that best for the organization. In this case BCA is the object of the research.<p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> Human behavior in organizations is very much shaped by a shared vision of better tomorrow; developing such a vision is the highest calling and truest purpose of leadership.<p align="justify"> <br /> text
