The effort to increase the easy and cheap of the food productivity is to increase the dry-land productivity with ground water irrigation in which independent to the season.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Ground water begin as expensive and limited material, it is necessary the effective and efficiency controlled in employed it. This research objective is to define the ground water condition in research area and beyond, to calculate the water need for red chili and other commodity which appropriate with the local condition, also to define plant pattern with give most beneficial either economically and technically. With present ground water condition also calculated dry land area with can be productivity especially in dry season.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The research started with calculated and analysis the hydrogeology and hydrology condition of research area based on well drill and climate control station. The water necessity for red chili, water melon and rice plant are calculated and than for the red chili necessity applied in two plant season. The research focused on the effects of the water supply to three chili varieties, employment of the transparent plastic protection and water supply frequency 4 and 7 days each. Each combination repeated three times.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Research area hydrology condition indicate that ground water source sufficient to supply 12,022.65 hectare of dry land in dry season coming from 5 existing well drill pumped in optimum debit. The water source calculated from the area 90.18 km2 can supply 3,182,164.0 hectares of dry land. The ground water flow in research area are to north direction. The Water irrigation need in April until October.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The most beneficial of red chili plant treatment combination is Jatilaba variety with unprotected and 7 days water supply frequency. On the other hand the most economic-beneficial plant pattern is red chili-red chili, and the most technical-beneficial plant pattern is red chili-rice-water melon. The irrigation water price is Rp.209.54 per meter3.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> It suggested to continue the research with the water supply frequency more than 7 days, and well drill design for the irrigation it is better to combine with other requirement i.e.: water drink and home industry. text
