Oryzaquila Property started its business in 2010 with the property as its main business. Because of limited company capital, property purchases must use bank credit financing, the theory of Compound Interest FV= PV (1+i)^n becomes the basis for calculating property business financing by using bank credit. The limitation of obtaining bank credit is an obstacle. To overcome this, necessary to use another financing pattern, namely investors. The decision to use the source of financing used is influenced by variables such as price, location, land area, and credit interest rates. The next step is to decide on the use of the property to be resold, rented, or used as a place of business, to decide to use variables of location, source of financing, land area, and price as consideration. The use of bank loans for the property business can be done because the increase in property values and other income is still far higher than the total costs paid. The company can grow well, as seen from the increase in the value of the company's assets and equity. Implementation of the analysis of business plans compared to business reports that the company's business plans in the future include the development of company organizations and the development of company business lines.
