Summary: | The Penrose inequality is a form of inequality that use to validate CCC (Cosmic Censorship Conjecture). There are many forms of Penrose inequality, one of that, called as Penrose type inequality. In this thesis we will review the formulation of Penrose type inequality for higher dimensional charged black holes. Then, we will prove that the Penrose type inequality satisfies Einstein-Maxwell initial data set. The prove start with defining charged Hawking mass in higher dimensions. Hawking mass is one of the quasilocal mass and commonly used for proving Penrose inequality. Furthermore, Penrose type inequality can be proved using monotonity of higher dimensional charged Hawking mass that we defined. |
