INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/46203 The network incidents such as hacking, cracking and other cyber attacks have increased significantly in the last two years. This is a threat to the sustainability and stability of the information system, because the hacked information system will have an impact on the nonfunctioning of the service. Therefore, an ethical hacking / penetration test is needed, a security approach that is directly aimed at resisting hacking attacks. But usually, ethical hacking activities are carried out using a variety of techniques and tools to hack that consume computing resources, power, and considerable costs. This research is focused on designing a portable device to perform ethical hacking functions effectively and efficiently. The aim is that this tool can be used as a tool to carry out ethical hacking activities effectively and efficiently. As a result, an ethical hacking simulation can be carried out using this tool through a webbased application interface, which increases automation, performance efficiency, cost and potential. text |
