The company vision is becoming the world class company in maintenance services and equipment provider based on latest technology. Since 2016 to 2018, the company facing several problems, they are decreasing revenue while operating expense is increased, the company cannot map the area that required improvement and also unable to capture customer satisfaction level with regards to service performance. The company needs a tool to measure its performance and furthermore to achieve its vision and missions. The proposed performance management system using Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS) framework is expected to help the company solving its problem described above. IPMS framework consist of five steps, they are: understanding the foundation, collecting basic information, designing performance management system, implementation, and refreshment. The research is limited at the stage of proposing a design IPMS for corporate level. The IPMS is designed by using three perspectives: organizational output, internal process, and resource capability. There are 23 variables proposed based on discussion with PT AWI management. From organizational output perspective, the proposed variables are: Return on stockholder equity, liquidity, expense, profitability, debt management, employee retention, average length of service, on time project accomplishment, service quality, and repeat order. From internal process perspective, the proposed variables are service innovation, innovation management, deviation from project planning, saving of project budget, reliability in delivering report, delay in report delivery, report quality, new customer growth, and cross selling rate. From resources capability perspectives, the proposed variables are: employee productivity, employee competence, technology availability, leadership. The variables are prioritized by weighting them using Analytical Hierarchy Process. The result shows 8 variables which have higher weight compared with another variables, they are: liquidity, employee retention, repeat order, internal process variables, reliability in delivering report, delay in report delivery, report quality, resources capability variables, employee productivity, and employee competence. The introduction of IPMS to socialization will take about 2 months, starting from January 2020 to early March 2020. After the socialization, there are performance measurement, evaluation of measurement, diagnosing improvement, and follow up, that should be done as a continuous process. text |
