Summary: | Human Resources Development Center for Electricity, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (PPSDM KEBTKE) as a government agency has the task of providing public services through education and training, as well as certification for apparatuses, the general public and industry managers. Improving the quality of service of government institutions can be realized through changing the status of governance into a Public Service Agency (BLU) which organizationally has flexible financial management by implementing sound business practices in facing challenges and opportunities based on the needs of stakeholders.
This research was conducted with a qualitative approach in the form of interviews with institutions to take complete insights about current conditions, followed by an analysis of the company's external and internal environment. For the study of the external environment, PESTEL and Porter Five Forces are used to obtain opportunities and threats, while the interior environment uses 7P's Marketing Mix Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index to determine strengths and weaknesses. The results of the analysis will provide a clear explanation of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and The threat of PPSDM KEBTKE to be poured into the SWOT table, which will then be used for TOWS matrix analysis.
Research from the analysis conducted provides the results of business strategy recommendations that can be implemented by PPSDM KEBTKE to stay afloat in facing business challenges and financial management patterns of BLU. This recommendation is focused on utilizing resources to optimize the marketing team and expand to increase the number of Competency Test Points throughout Indonesia. The company must also plan changes by doing a lot of collaboration to expand networks and prioritize market segmentation to be able to optimize existing resources. As well as more activities to promote and educate the public about the services provided by PPSDM KEBTKE to increase customer knowledge about institutions and services service. |
