Problems faced by users include consumer difficulties in obtaining consumer credit loans with low interest rates and fast approval processes. BCA itself as one of the largest banks in Indonesia has a personal credit personal product, namely a credit card. But the process of applying for a credit card still requires a long time and requires a physical card to make transactions. In the process of developing this new product, this study proposes creating a temporary team to find the right problems and solutions for users and provide BCA Instant Loan Minimum Viable Product design. This research begins with an analysis of market potential using Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP) to get users who want to become target users. After determining the target customer, the next step is data collection. The data collection is intended to get the problem raised and the expectations desired by the targeted user. The results of data collection will be used as a basis for analyzing using the value proposition canvas. Analysis of the value of propositions that are useful for buying products needed by users. The next step is designing the minimum viable product or prototype product. A survey consisting of questionnaires and interviews with minimum viable products is conducted to ensure minimum viable products that have been designed according to user expectations. The final step is to arrange the changes needed by BCA. text
