In the era of business competition, company face many future uncertainties and rapid changes in the business environment both internally and externally. To achieve their vision and mission, Board of Directors need to improve the company's ability to deal with the risk of change through Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). This project is identifying implementation of ERM in the PT Healthy World using ISO 31000 approach and identification any gap during implementation which require improvements. A group discussion to identify risk has been initiated to senior management of company. The discussion objective was to establish a sustainable, business-led framework to ensure consistent risk and compliance, effective risk mitigation, and execution of commercial strategies and tactics. Group discussion result has determined 8 elements of processes consist of several key actions to focus and follow up with risk profile based on business impact and likelihood. In current process, management has already implemented several risk management steps which align with ISO 31000, but based on risk profiling, risk assessment process (including risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation) is still complex and never easy element in daily activities. This project facilitates user friendly tool which cover risk management ISO 31000 approach with 3 simple steps to produce decision of initiative.
