<b>Abstract : </b><p align=\"justify\">Although the use of precast concrete elements in the construction industry has been known in Indonesia for several decade, it is only recently that precast concrete elements are manufactured on an industrial scale and used extensively by various clients and contractors which are independent from the producer. <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> This research focused on the identification and evaluation of existing precast concrete structural framing system and development of new precast concrete structural system for application in building construction in Indonesia. This research ains at creating a framework to guide contractors, consultant and owners in evaluating and exploring possible application of precast concrete as structural building elements. Data was collected from consultant, contractor, and manufacturer in Indonesia (by questionnaire). Questionnaire consist of three part, part 1 (one) is identify kind of company; part 2 (two) is economic feasibility of precast concrete and the part 3 (three) is engineering feasibility.
