Summary:Argo Parahyangan train is one of the regional passenger train service that taking service travel for Jakarta and Bandung. Train, whether for commuter or regional, had basic facilities which required y to be given to passengers, and restoration is one of them. Sales using food trolley is a part of restoration in which presence of the transport media ease customers on purchasing and giving more profit for PT Reska Multi Usaha as facilitator. Nevertheless, the trolley used had some discomforting matters that affect usage and sales, as well as impression from train users on the facilities which is given by the train service organizer. This research is intended to analyze food trolley used by PT Reska Multi Usaha employee recently using survey, observation and interview methods, resulting in a new food trolley design that is more minimalistic, organic and elevate image of Parahyangan. The new design is not only to be expected for attracting customer’s attention to purchase products offered by restoration staffs, but also providing easiness for train attendants when using on duty, also escalating service quality and passenger’s satisfaction level on the service delivered.
