The company has already established itself as a reputable company and have sold its machines in more than 40 countries. Now, CCM wants to further improve its stance in the global market by enhancing its growth and sales in Indian market. This study analyzes the Indian market from different perspectives to understand competition within the market, various environment factors and internal factors affecting the market, potential industry the company can sell its products and factors affecting the company’s customer satisfaction. The results from the analysis were used to find a proper solution for the company. In the quest to find genuine strategy for CCM, Five-Diamond strategy was used to create a solution by understanding the result from the multiple analysis like PESTEL, SWOT, House of Quality and others. Apart from that, CCM’s machine performance and product specification were carefully looked into to find out the potential customers for the company. During which 69 potential Indian customers and 4 potential Indian trading partners for the company was found. For this an internet-based research for more than 200 companies was done and companies were selected based on their manufacturing good and ranking was made based on their company profile. In the end, according to the analysis and strategy formed during the study a detailed implementation steps were created to help the company in its growth strategy. text
