In this research, surveys will be carried out in various stages, namely the initial, middle and final stages. The initial stage is the time before the product is made, then it will be done after the prototype of the product is being made until the final stage is after the final product is finished. The survey was conducted by two methods, namely quantitative and qualitative. In quantitative methods, surveys provide closed and scaled questions. Whereas in the qualitative method, the survey took the form of in-depth interviews with open-ended questions Database or database is a collection of data organized in various forms such as tables, schemes, queries, reports, views, and other objects. Along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, databases are one of the elements that have an important role in technological advances especially in the field of Internet of Things, better known as IoT. The database itself has 2 types such as Structured Query Language (SQL), and Non-Structured Query Language (NoSQL). In this discussion the author will design a web server system using Firebase Realtime Database which is one of the database features made by Google. Where this type of NoSQL database that can be accessed in real time by users. This database accepts data from Urboss, the data consists of engine rotation (RPM) of the car, speed of the car, number of other vehicles detected, latitude longitude, acceleration of steer wheel, date, and rating / scoring of drivers obtained using fuzzy rules logic. The database will be stored locally if the system does not have internet access, and will immediately be synchronized to Firebase after getting internet access, then the user can view the results of the database that has been processed on a web page by entering the email and password previously registered. text
