President University Planned to establish a Masters in Management program, consisting of certification, mini-MBA, and MBA, which is one of the most popular major programs in Jakarta. This opportunity comes up because of the need for a higher degree if an officer want to reach a certain position in the company they need to have a master's degree or at least have a certified ability associated with the position. The Inventor Program has the ability to design master management programs for President University. From internal and external analysis, building a master management program by President University at the Batavia tower in Central Jakarta has a high potential market. However, with high competition in the master management program, President University needs to increase their competitive advantage so they can compete with current competitors. Therefore, branding, pricing, and fast track will become and add value and competitive advantage to President University in the Batavia tower. The results showed that for the case studies of President University, Jababeka, and Team teaching were positive NPVs of IDR 58,910,607,373.83, IRR 38.97%, Payback Period 3.03 years, Profitability Index 14.43 for the most likely scenario. . Using scenario analysis, there are three different scenarios that have been used to measure the capacity of the project in dealing with the worst possibilities that will occur. NPV Rp. 53,019,546,636, IRR 34.80%, Payback for the 2.74 year period, Profitability Index 12.08 for the average of all scenarios. In conclusion, President University's investment project to build a master management program (certification, mini-MBA, and MBA) at the Batavia tower is financially feasible to implement. text
