In 2020, Qwork is setting higher goal to expand the business in Asia countries, starting from Indonesia. This brings question of how would the strategies be as the first step to expand the business. To analyze and research this, both qualitative and quantitative research methodology is used in this research to gain information and identify alternatives for the best way of expansion strategies. This research use AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique for data simulation, with BCOR (Benefits-Costs-Opportunities-Risks) method of data and elements identification. The primary qualitative data gathered is from two stages of FGD (Focus Group Discussion) with internal team of Qwork which are the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and HOP (Head of Product), the first one is to define the parameters of criteria which will be filled in the simulation, the second one is to analyze the output from the result of simulation and decide the final suggestion for the business strategy recommendation. To penetrate the Indonesia Market, the first step of strategies is to justify the service to the Indonesia workers’ behavior. To deliver service to Indonesia Market, a digitalization approach with integrating technology innovation are needed as the most supply of workers are in millennials ages. Qwork has big potentials to bring the product in and compete between Indonesia market of human resources service, and conformity to be able to enter the market. text
