Description
Summary:Indonesia is a country that has a high level of disaster risk, especially earthquakes because Indonesia is located in the ring of fire. As a result, joint SAR officers must bring evacuation equipment manually so that the evacuation and rescue process of victims does not run optimally. This happens not only in earthquakes but in other cases of disasters that cause access to damaged roads. In solving problems, it takes a container of vehicles that can carry equipment that is quite heavy and capable of carrying human victims. This study aims to design a concept of vehicles that can pass through damaged road access due to disasters, especially earthquakes as the worst case studies, besides vehicles that have the capability to transport goods and equipment for evacuation and the ability to transport human victims in one go. In order to be a reference, and hope for a new solution in increasing the effectiveness of rescue by disaster and SAR agencies.
