This thesis presents an alternative in 'growing' software-engineering approach. We propose a model called 'Growing Software Modeling' that focuses on separation between process and data, generic software modules, and parameterization. Generic modules become 'Peran' and sets of parameters become 'Kendall'. With the generic property, it's expected to be flexibly reused. <br />
We have built a software prototype named InCUBaTor as a tool for realization of software development with GSM approach. It could make easier in maintaining and reusing modules. <br />
The software developed with GSM approach will be implemented with Clipper ver. 5.2 under DOS operating system. InCUBaTor is implemented with Delphi ver. 3.0 under Windows `95 operating system. <br />
