Based on analysis there are a difference in store performance, associated with store employee competence. The question of the organization is what can be a stimulus of the employee so that it can run in accordance with the aims of the business. In this research the author uses synthesis model which in turn can increase store performance. The factors in this research are the job satisfaction and employee productivity where it can affect store performance. This work employs descriptive approach using primary (questionnaire and in-depth interview) and secondary data (study literature). The analysis in this study uses the analysis method of porter 5 force and 7P marketing mix, then the root cause of the problem is found at Garis. This research shows differences in job satisfaction levels, employee productivity, and store performance as indicated by working condition factors, supervisor support, accessibility of knowledge, and learning capacity. These factors indicate a lack of leadership style that can be resolved through training, gathering and transferring work. In making the implementation program material, the connection between the causal factors becomes the basis. text
