Based on Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia’s data on 2017, DKI Jakarta was the city with the highest density in Indonesia. That condition caused density and crowded population, and potentially trigerred stress on DKI Jakarta’s civilian. Beside that, thing that trigerred stress on DKI Jakarta’s civilian is daily routine that makes them saturated. Long term accumulated stress is not good for mental and physical health. Based on that problems, DKI Jakarta need stress relieve facility. Maximum quality of relaxation facility could accommodate all visitor’s relaxation activities, include longterm activities in the room. Based on digital survey that I made for worker in DKI Jakarta, they need nature ecosystem as solution. Conclusion based on the problems and the research is a boutique hotel with urban staycation concept and nature ecosystem.
