Description
Summary:This study conducted to examine the effect of company performance and macroeconomic conditions on the rate of return of issuers in the banking company BUKU III and BUKU IV on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2018. In this study, the author uses Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings per Share (EPS), Price to Earnings Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), inflation rate and GDP growth as independent variables while stock returns as the dependent variable. The multiple regression analysis methods used to process research data. The results showed that PBV variables were positively correlated and had a significant effect on stock returns, while EPS, inflation rates and GDP growth were negatively correlated and had a significant effect. Furthermore, ROE and CAR are positively correlated to stock returns while PER negatively correlated, where all have no significant influence. Overall independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable simultaneously.
