Land values can be seen from various aspects. One of the aspect is the location of the land. The location of the land is related to the proximity of the land to certain facilities. This study discussed the proximity to Public Facilities. The difference in closeness has a positive and negative impact on land value. The purpose of this study is to analyze land price using the Gauss method and Kriging interpolation on GWR. The parameters used in this study are roads, malls, mosques, police stations, market, toll exit plans, hospitals, schools, terminals, stations and TPU. The results obtained are error in the form of the difference between the actual NIR and the GWR weighted NIR at each zone. The distribution pattern and the value of the NIR difference are then identified to determine the reliability level of Kriging interpolation in the weighting of the GWR with Gauss method in determining the optimum bandwidth in all study areas. From these results it can be concluded that it is better to use / not use Kriging interpolation in weighting of GWR with Gauss method.
