Summary:The design of transportation facilities in an upper-middle-class apartment at the Alam Sutera Region includes two major aspects. The first aspect is relating to the traffic impact analysis of the surrounding area. The second aspect is regarded as the design of transportation infrastructure, namely, parking facilities, flexible pavement, and drainage of roads. As it consists of several functional activities, such as residential area, commercial, general office, fitness, and parks, the apartment is estimated to generates 17366 trips/day. By utilizing the network model microsimulation using PTV Vissim, the existing traffic conditions are modeled and validated using the observed data. To explore the generation impact, the scenario elaboration is carried out. The numerical test shows that the addition of the lanes offers the best performance contribution. In addition, the parking space requires 1074 slots for passenger cars and 837 slots motorcycles. Furthermore, the road pavement is design for servicing 20 years life design, which needs 40 mm AC WC, 60 mm AC BC, 70 mm AC Base and 220 mm LPA Class A. The drainage channel dimensions for a maximum rainfall of 20 years is a rectangular channel with a width of 40 cm and a height of 20 cm
