Description
Summary:As an initial step in understanding flood events that occur in the Ciliwung River region, an approach is needed using a combination of hydrological and hydraulic modeling to provide important information from flood events. This study is limited from the Kampung Kelapa on the upstream to the Manggarai Flood Gate in the downstream. Hydrological modeling is carried out to estimate the flow of rainfall runoff in the sub-watershed which acts as a lateral flow in the Ciliwung river. The rainfall data used from the satellite rainfall data for GSMaP products, which is corrected by daily measurement rainfall data. Hydraulic modeling is carried out to simulate the propagation of flood flow from upstream to downstream. Flood simulations are calibrated with water level measurements at the M.T. Haryono station. The use of flood scenarios as a database in predicting floods uses the Artificial Neural Network method.
