According to data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in 2019 waste in Indonesia will reach 68 million tons. The average increase is one million tons every year. This waste problem is seen as an opportunity by waste4change to conduct a responsible waste management business. Responsible waste management in the form of separated collection of waste and waste processing. Waste collected from the client is taken to the waste4change Material Recovery Facility in Bekasi. The distribution of waste4change clients is dominated in the Jakarta and BSD areas. To make a one-time rotation it’s takes 6-8 hours. In one day, Waste4Change can only do two times collection. To increase the revenue, there are two plans, namely maximizing the MRF Bekasi to reaching a capacity of 45 tons / day or creating a new MRF with the same capacity in Jakarta. But before executing the plan, management needs a feasibility study to find out whether the project is profitable or not. The feasibility study uses the capital budgeting method. Based on the results of feasibility, for replacement strategy get NPV Rp 3.406.884.202, an IRR of 65,8%, a payback periodin 3,5 years and a profitability index 12,63. For optimize strategy in MRF Bekasi had a NPV of Rp 4,442,707,377, an IRR of 84.1%, a payback period of 2.7 years and a profitability index of 1.99 while construction of new MRF facility in Jakarta has an NPV value of Rp 8,483,864,413, an IRR of 83.6%, a payback period of 2.8 years and a profitability index of 4.84. The results of the feasibility study show that making MRF Jakarta is more profitable compared to optimization MRF Bekasi. text
