Summary:Rapid Development and changes in Indonesia always happens every day as the world develops too. This rapid development and changes makes Indonesia have to face a global competition that forces Indonesia to create human resources that are competitive and reliable in technology, in order to be ready to compete with other foreign human resources also to help Indonesia to creating equal development. The preparation that Indonesia can prepare is through facilitation of education, because education is one of the tools to measure the competitiveness in each individual, also good and large human capital can help Indonesia to create equal infrastructure so it can connect urban, rural areas and international markets so there will not people/areas in Indonesia that may left behind. Colleges such as Universities like SBM ITB Jakarta have compete in many ways such as achieving the international recognitions. One of the ways to help achieving the international accreditation, is to know the current situation of learning environment from faculty member and alumni perspective. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, the researcher use qualitative method to understand the aspects of a problem. Fish Bone diagram is use to know the big picture from the cause and effect analysis of a phenomenon to find the root phenomenon of research. MIT90’s framework is use to know the external socio economic on the strategy, role, structure, managerial processes, and technology of the company/organization. All the data that researcher gain all processed and using Business Model Canvas to proposed some improvement activities. Through the interview and data analysis, the researcher found the perspective of learning environment at SBM ITB Jakarta from faculty member, student, and alumni. The key issues were revealed through some important words, the researcher then categorized it to make it more easier to understand the condition, and those category were current of the organization’s condition that appear through interview capture as the current Learning Environment though Faculty Member and alumni perspective. Based on the result, the researcher generate propose activities and proposed technology that suit the organization and may help the organization to make improvements so the learning environment in the future will be better, international Accreditation will be achieved, also by the continuous activities that applied, the learning environment in SBM ITB Jakarta will be more optimal.
