In Indonesia itself, apparel become more and more popular as there are increasing numbers of social media user, Indonesia citizens became more aware of what they are wearing. PT. Caladi Lima Sembilan (C59) is one of the flourishing Indonesia brands that founded in the 80’s by Marius Widyarto, S.E in Bandung, providing high quality t-shirts with unique images printed on it. Nowadays, however, more and more small enterprises enter a high quality apparel market and compete with C59. , the brand is becoming faded as many local brands are offering the same products with different approaches and innovation. For their revenue, they have a stagnant income in the last 4 years. Therefore, they have to decide on how to increase their revenue and increase their own brand recognition by choosing a new president director. The issue of choosing the new President Director in order to take PT. C59 to a new direction was analyzed by using SWOT Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, and Analytic Hierarchy Process Analysis (AHP). As a result from AHP Analysis, Laurensius T. Pramono (Ipam) is the best option with the weighted value of 0.544 rather than other candidates with 0.300 and 0.155 of value. It is shows that Ipam is capable to continue his father’s (Marius) footsteps and take the company to a new direction text
